Kirron is a Valuation consultant and a transaction advisor for MSME for M&A and a Mentor to High tech Startups in the area of financial projections and Valuation. He has corporate training experience with Symbol Technologies, Northern Trust, HP and others. He has taught in other prominent institutions like NMIMS, Christ Deemed to be University, Jain Deemed to be University, PES and many more.

Kiran Kumar K V is a distinguished finance professional and dedicated educator with over 20 years of diverse experience. Having previously served as an ex-banker at HSBC, he currently holds key faculty positions at esteemed institutions including IIM-K and Masters' Union. Kiran's expertise spans across Finance, FinTech, Financial Analytics, and Financial Modeling. His adeptness with tools such as Excel, R, Python, SPSS, and Tableau enriches his teaching approach. He specializes in tech-driven financial services consulting and is actively engaged in pursuing a Ph.D. in Corporate Finance Behavior. With a global influence, Kiran has left his mark in India, Singapore, Japan, and Myanmar. Dr. KANTESHA SANNINGAMMANAVARA

Dr. Kantesha is presently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of MBA, Maharani’s Women’s Commerce and Management College, Mysuru. He is masters in both MBA and MCom with finance specialization and CMA inter. He has done his PhD on the topic titled “Market Volatility and Investor Behaviour” from VTU, Belagavi in 2017. He has total 12 years of experience, of which 2 years in industry and 10 years in teaching. His areas of expertise include behavioural studies, volatility modelling and forecasting, stock market efficiency, corporate and assets valuation. He has conducted various training sessions faculty members, researchers and students on Research Methodology and Data Analysis using Excel, SPSS, EVIEWS and R in addition to the rendering guest talks on varied subjects. He has 20 research papers published in repute national and international journals including an Emerald Group Journal and presented more than 40 research papers in national and international conferences including India Finance Conference 2017 & 2018 conducted by IIM Bangalore and IIM Calcutta respectively.
